TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Reservation & Booking
1.1. Reservations: Bookings can be made via website/phone/email/third-party platforms. A valid credit card or deposit is required to confirm reservations.  
1.2. Guest Information: Guests must provide accurate details (full name, contact information, ID/passport ) at the time of booking.  
1.3. Minimum Stay: Some periods (e.g., holidays, festivals) may require a minimum stay of 1 nights.  


2. Payment
2.1. Rates: Prices are quoted in Lesotho currency. Additional charges apply for extra services, e.g., laundry, airport transfers.  
2.2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 100% is required to secure the booking.  
2.3. Balance Payment: Remaining balance must be paid on arrival/before check-in.
2.4. Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, cash, bank transfers.  


3. Cancellation & Refunds
3.1. Cancellation by Guest:
- Cancellations made [X] days prior to arrival: Full refund (minus deposit).  
- Cancellations within [X] days of arrival: No refund.  
3.2. No-Shows: Failure to arrive without prior notice forfeits the full booking amount.  
3.3. Cancellation by Us: In rare cases (e.g., maintenance, emergencies), we reserve the right to cancel and offer a full refund or alternative accommodation.  

4. Check-In & Check-Out  
4.1. Check-In: From 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur a fee.  
4.2. Check-Out: By 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be charged at [X]% of the nightly rate.  
4.3. ID Verification: Guests must present a valid government-issued ID/passport at check-in.  

5. House Rules
5.1. Occupancy: Rooms are for 2 guests maximum. Extra guests/visitors must be approved in advance.  
5.2. Noise: Quiet hours are from [time] to [time]. Disturbances may result in eviction without refund.  
5.3. Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. A  fee applies for violations.
5.5. Damages: Guests are liable for damage/loss to property. Repair/replacement costs will be charged.  


6. Liability 
6.1. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Secure storage is available upon request.  
6.2. Injuries: Guests use facilities at their own risk. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or illness.  

7. Privacy
7.1. Data Collection: Personal information is collected for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.  
7.2. CCTV: Surveillance cameras operate in public areas for security.  


8. Miscellaneous
8.1. Right to Evict: We reserve the right to terminate stays immediately for violations of house rules, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior.  
8.2. Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).  
8.3. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Lesotho.  


9. Amendments
9.1. These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
